Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We maintain regular encrypted backups, but you remain responsible for retaining your own copies of any critical data you upload.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Billing, renewal & cancellation
Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as selected at checkout — through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings; on cancellation your plan remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades, except where required by law. If a payment fails, your account moves to a past-due state and access may be suspended, with the subscription cancelled after a short grace period. Plan changes take effect according to the proration terms shown at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified material, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
6. Your data, your IP
You retain all ownership of contract documents and other data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data to train AI models.
7. AI accuracy
Our AI agents extract structured data from documents and surface alerts. AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it. Do not rely solely on AI output for compliance, legal, or financial decisions.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD.
