1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Beta nature

ManageMyGov is in private beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, suspend, or terminate features at any time. Your data may be deleted during beta with reasonable notice. Do not rely on the service for production-critical workflows during this period.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified material, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.

5. Your data, your IP

You retain all ownership of contract documents and other data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. AI accuracy

Our AI agents extract structured data from documents and surface alerts. AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it. Do not rely solely on AI output for compliance, legal, or financial decisions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD.
